What You'll Do
- Provide frontline technical support for end-user systems (Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint)
- Install, maintain, and refresh desktop and laptop devices
- Manage service desk requests, walk-ups, and remote troubleshooting
- Support IT needs for projects, site visits, and office relocations
- Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration tech are functioning seamlessly
- Build strong relationships across our local and global IT teams
- Be based on-site full time at our Meadow Fresh Christchurch site
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support or service desk rolesStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networksKnowledge of Microsoft environment, Office 365, Workspace One, and AV toolsExcellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholdersA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for problem-solvingExperience in a corporate environment is advantageousAbout Goodman Fielder
