Based at our growing Meadow Fresh site, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly while supporting South Island and wider NZ operations.In this role, you'll report into the NZ based IT Support Team Lead and partner with colleagues across New Zealand and Australia as part of our wider Wilmar Group IT team.

From managing hardware and troubleshooting issues, to supporting collaboration tools and site projects, you'll be the go-to person on site—building trusted relationships and ensuring our people can do their best work every day.What You\'ll DoProvide frontline technical support for end-user systems (Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint)Install, maintain, and refresh desktop and laptop devicesManage service desk requests, walk-ups, and remote troubleshootingSupport IT needs for projects, site visits, and office relocationsEnsure meeting rooms and collaboration tech are functioning seamlesslyBuild strong relationships across our local and global IT teamsBe based on-site full time at our Meadow Fresh Christchurch siteWhat You\'ll BringMinimum 3 years\' experience in IT support or service desk rolesStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networksKnowledge of Microsoft environment, Office 365, Workspace One, and AV toolsExcellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholdersA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for problem-solvingExperience in a corporate environment is advantageousAbout Goodman FielderGoodman Fielder is a leading food company across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific, home to trusted brands like Helga's, Wonder, MeadowLea, and Praise.
