What You'll Do
Provide frontline technical support for end-user systems (Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint)
Install, maintain, and refresh desktop and laptop devices
Manage service desk requests, walk-ups, and remote troubleshooting
Support IT needs for projects, site visits, and office relocations
Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration tech are functioning seamlessly
Build strong relationships across our local and global IT teams
Be based on-site full time at our Meadow Fresh Christchurch site
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support or service desk roles
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
Knowledge of Microsoft environment, Office 365, Workspace One, and AV tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for problem-solving
Experience in a corporate environment is advantageous
