Responsibilities

Welcome passengers at terminals and assist with check-in luggage and embarkation.

Engage with customers over the phone and in person to provide a positive travel experience.

Move around the port area, including car park marshalling and assisting with lines.

Support with berthing operations : helping to tie up and let go ships as they arrive and depart.

Ensure fitness and safety requirements are maintained to perform the role effectively.

Details

Bluebridge is a 24 x 7 operation; role involves shift work.

Fortnightly rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.

Fixed-term opportunities available for the upcoming summer season (October–April) in the Picton Passenger Terminal team.

Requirements

Full, clean driver's license (preferred).

Applicants must currently reside in New Zealand and have valid working rights (valid open visa or residency).

Pre-employment medical, drug test, and Ministry of Justice check required as part of recruitment.
