Customer Operations Representative (Full-Time, Fixed-Term)

Based at Nelson Airport, we have a full-time, fixed-term position available for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic.We operate 7 days a week on a rotating roster, so there is a requirement to work early mornings (from 7 am), afternoons, nights (until 10 pm), weekends and public holidays as required.

For this position days off will be Friday and Saturday with shifts on all other days.About The RoleAs what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business.

This varied role covers both front and back of house operations.

On the counter you will be interacting with customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

You will also inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive and park our cars, and clean vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.What's On Offer$25.11 per hour, plus potential increase through our sales incentive scheme.Uniform and parking provided.Wellbeing programme including life insurance, discounted health insurance and superannuation options.Employee discounts on car rental across Avis Budget Group and our partners, including access to discounts and offers from retailers and big brands.Full training provided to help you achieve your goals and reach your potential.What We Are Looking ForFull, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role.Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided).
