Ideally you will havethe flexibility to work additional hours from time to time to assist withcovering staff leave and illness.The positions would appealto those who enjoy a challenge and look for job satisfaction.About the Team / Service / LocationOur team of 13 provide a 24 hour service to all patients,visitors and staff within Health New Zealand Nelson Marlborough.

A telephonistin the Call Centre has a diverse role and each shift is different.For more information on living and working in Nelson click hereAbout youAs a Telephone Operator, you will have a bright, friendly andoutgoing personality with great interpersonal skills and a strong customerservice focus.

You will be highly organised and efficient with the ability tomultitask and remain clam under pressure.We expect intermediate computer skills, ideally withPC based switchboard experience.
