Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and Facilitate Learning : Deliver, assess, and continuously improve Skills-approved courses, fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment for students in both block and day-release formats.Support Student Success : Provide coaching, guidance, and timely feedback on student progress, collaborating with Learning Managers and Apprentice Mentors to ensure achievement and well-being.Maintain Training Centre Quality : Ensure the training centre is well-prepared and resourced, coordinating with the Learning Manager for any immediate needs, tools, or equipment.Promote Health & Safety : Actively engage in and model well-being and health practices, adhering to Skills' Health & Safety Policies, and promptly reporting any incidents or risks.Collaborate for Excellence : Work closely with the Learning Manager to uphold standards in course delivery and training centre maintenance, always striving to enhance teaching and learning experiences.What you'll bringA current New Zealand Electrical Registration (Full Practising Licence, Inspector's Licence or equivalent Electrical Engineering qualification)Hold
