Job Overview

The role focuses on application support for the HR and payroll business domain across SAP Successfactors, Employee Central Payroll and other platforms, with an emphasis on the payroll system. Responsibilities include project / module implementation, system maintenance, configuration, testing, end‑user support, and implementation of new functions / modules. The candidate will work closely with IT colleagues, the user community, external vendors, and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead or participate in the overall technical delivery of module / function implementation, including procurement, requirements gathering, technical evaluation, solution design, build, configuration, documentation, testing, and go‑live.
• Evaluate potential solutions and recommend to management and business users.
• Create and review project artefacts and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with NUS guidelines and policies.
• Support procurement activities, including tender specifications, vendor evaluation and recommendation, and contract management.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to deliver products and services per contract.
• Collaborate with teams integrating other applications (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, SAP Employee Central Payroll).
• Maintain, configure, test, and support HR and payroll systems, primarily the payroll system.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and propose functional and technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Deliver enhancements and bug fixes, manage service requests, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage audit queries and ensure audit and security compliance.
• Work on annual IT project planning and enhancement prioritization with business users.
• Lead a team, optimizing manpower resources while maintaining a healthy team morale.
