Senior Executive - Business Analyst (NEHR)The Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into functional specifications.

This role involves gathering and analyzing business needs, supporting operational workflows, participating in solution design, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support of systems or applications.This position is a 2 Year Direct Contract.Role & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications for development or configurationWork closely with technical teams to ensure accurate system design and alignment with business goalsSupport SIT (Systems Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and managing defect resolutionProvide day-to-day operational support (including liaising with vendor) for business applications, including troubleshooting issues and managing change requestsMonitor system performance and work with relevant teams to resolve incidents or implement improvementsAssist in the development of SOPs, training materials, and user guidesParticipate in system enhancement projects, ensuring end-user needs are considered throughout the solution lifecycleAct as a liaison between business units, vendors, and IT teams for smooth delivery and ongoing supportContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies or enhancement opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field4-6 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or application support rolesStrong understanding of business processes and how technology supports operational goalsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologiesExperience with writing functional specs, test scripts, and user documentationKnowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent is a plusExperience working with vendors and managing stakeholders is desirableApply NowIt only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR IT!!
