Job Description

Leads conceptual and technical integration of various research studies to provide leading edge solutions in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) research and development
Conceptualize and create new technologies, patents and publications
Review and manage operating budget of grants and team
Establish collaborations, develop scientific proposals and ensure timely achievement of project milestones
Manage a team and provide scientific and career mentorship to researchers and students

Requirements

PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology or related field

4 years of post-PhD relevant experience

Strong background in Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics and Genomics

Strong publication record

Highly motivated and ability to develop strong research ideas to secure grant and funding

Strong analytical, technical and problem‑solving skills

Team player with good interpersonal skills

Good spoken and written communication skills
