RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key member of the Finance department, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional plays a crucial role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful analyses of both historical and forward-looking business performance. This role is designed to support senior management and various business groups within the organisation, empowering data‑driven decision‑making and strategic planning.
Monthly Management Reporting : Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports, including comprehensive variance analysis against budget and prior periods.Operating Expenses Analysis : Deliver in-depth operating expenses reports for each business unit, providing variance analysis against budget and actionable financial insights to support different business units as needed.SAP CO Module Maintenance : Maintain the SAP CO module by managing profit centres, cost centres, cost centre groups, and cost element groups, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Budget Preparation and Consolidation : Contribute actively to the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to align financial objectives.Forecasting Process Support : Support the coordination of the forecasting process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information provided, and maintaining consistent and meaningful performance metrics for management review.Process Improvement and Automation : Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.SAP system implementation : Participate in SAP system implementation project, ensuring smooth integration and optimal use of the platform for FP&A.QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Accountancy or Finance.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in audit, FP&A, or financial analysis.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to various stakeholders.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Proficient in MS Excel and Word; experience with SAP is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
