As a result of recent change at Whitireia and WelTec we have an exciting, new opportunity for a Librarian to join our team.About the role | Te KaupapaThe purpose of this role is to provide high-quality,professional services to akonga and kaimahi, primarily through facilitatingaccess to library services, digital information resources and information.

OurLibrarians will be managing the Whitireia and WelTec libraries' resources andimproving access to these resources.

This role will be required to work across all of our campuses.Qualifications and ExperienceThe successful applicant will have : Highly effectiveorganisational skills, including strong ability to prioritise,problem-solve, show initiative and plan.An undergraduate degreeand library qualification or equivalentWill be adaptable andflexible, with a 'can-do' attitude.Highly developedcustomer service skills, with the ability to relate to a broad crosssection of people.Applications closing date : 14 September 2025
