Kiwi Kidz Community Early Education Centre Incorporated is on the lookout for a passionate, enthusiastic early childhood teacher to join our amazing, dedicated teaching team! We are a mixed age group centre licensed for 22 children, 5 under 2-year old and 17 over 2-year old.

Our centre encourages curiosity and wonder through messy play, having fun and loads of physical challenges. We provide children time to investigate and take risks which brings excitement and joy to every learning opportunity.

We want someone who loves te ao Māori, who has a passion for recognising and documenting children’s learning and interest through programme planning and writing learning stories. If you enjoy getting out in the garden with the children, music, have a fun and have a positive attitude and a personality that builds and develops strong relationships with children, parents, whānau and staff, we want you!

If you are :

• Confident and familiar with using software (Storypark, word documents etc).
• Excellent understanding of Te Whārik i (2017) and other MOE documents.
• A strong and positive work ethic.
• A great sense of humour.
• Willing to go the extra mile for our community centre.
