The Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT) is entering a bold new chapter as a newly independent Institute of Technology and Polytechnic (ITP) following the disestablishment of Te Pūkenga. We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive to lead this transition and shape the future of vocational education across Hawke’s Bay and Tairāwhiti.

About the Role
As Chief Executive, you will be responsible for leading EIT across its three campuses Hawke’s Bay, Tairāwhiti and Auckland and six regional learning centres. You will oversee all aspects of academic, financial, operational, and strategic leadership, ensuring the institution is sustainable, responsive, and future-focused.
