About us

At Busy Bees Havelock North, we have a cosynursery, a separatetoddlercentre and an adventurous kindergartenlearning environment.

Each area has their own separate outdoor area providing endless opportunities to explore the natural environment – our toddler space even has their very own bike track.

Children love our well laid out learning corners at our centre, consisting of a family play area, creative art corner as well as a quiet space for reading and reflection.

Responsibilities

Nurture curiosity and a love of learning

Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and parents / whanau

Create meaningful learning experiences that support tamariki to thrive and set them up for lifelong success

Qualifications

Huge reserves of enthusiasm and energy

Competency in planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews

A personality that builds and develops strong relationships with staff and parents / whanau

An ECE or primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand

A nurturing, caring disposition, and passion for supporting young children to thrive

The ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whanau
