What we are looking for
Our ideal candidate is an individual who is deeply passionate about delivering quality learning and care to every tamaiti entrusted to us.
They should excel at fostering responsive relationships with tamariki and their whanau, and they should possess approachability and a readiness to tackle challenges head-on.
A Level 7 qualification (or its NZQA equivalent) in ECE is essential, along with full or provisional registration.

Responsibilities
Lead and guide kaiako to deliver quality learning and care to every tamaiti entrusted to us.
Foster responsive relationships with tamariki and their whanau; be approachable and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Support a safe, nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and social development.
Qualifications
A Level 7 qualification (or NZQA equivalent) in ECE
Full or provisional teaching registration
