Mo te turanga mahi | About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Coordinator to join our dynamic Coordination team.
You will help support our work on the Planning Act and Natural Environment Act, National Direction, system performance and digital enablement, institutions and system roles, and capability and practice change.
This includes helping integrate schedules, risks, decisions and communications so senior leaders can see a single picture of progress and dependencies.

This broad and varied role produces the deliverables that enable senior leadership teams, pillar oversight groups and the RM3 Programme Board to track progress and make decisions.
You'll will be responsible for crafting clear internal communications that help kaimahi, partner agencies, councils, iwi and Ministers understand what's happening and what's needed next.
You will bring a strong process and practice focus to keep mahi flowing and help coach our wider community of project and programme coordinators.
In this role, you will work closely with the Programme Director / PMO to embed our RM3 risk and assurance approach, integrated plan (IMS) and fortnightly Programme Status Reports (PSRs).

Salary range for this role is $80,712 to $97,721 pa.
Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
