We are looking for a dynamic person to be part of our passionate and experienced team and bring your teaching skills to a centre that values innovation, collaboration, and the mana of every child. To be successful in this role, you will have experience as an ECE centre teacher and a good understanding of the NZ ECE Curriculum .

An ideal candidate will have :

• Experience working with children in an early childhood centre.
• NZQA recognized degree in ECE teaching and current registration
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education theories and strategies.
• An understanding of processes relating to children’s ongoing learning, care and wellbeing in relation to Individual Education Plans.
• Ability to prepare the learning spaces with play provocations to inspire our tamariki.
• Commitment to working as a team member.
• Willingness to continue professional development to strengthen teaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster children’s self-development, to undertake child observations, and contribute to programme planning.
