You will ensure that legislation, bylaws, and Council policies are adhered to, and you'll lead and deliver compliance work that promotes sustainable practices across our community through education, monitoring, and effective enforcement to create lasting impact.The Senior Compliance Officer works closely with internal teams and external agencies, balancing reactive compliance responses with proactive monitoring and investigations to ensure high-quality, consistent results.This is an opportunity for a confident compliance specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment, combining strategic thinking with practical leadership to support Napier City Council's regulatory goals.
