$130k - $140k pa + Vehicle, retail and health bene

Join a leading construction company with a broad network and exposure across the built space. Currently delivering a number of projects across commercial, residential, multi-unit, hotels, supermarkets, concrete in situ, and slab tilt ups. All sorts.

What you will be doing as Site Manager

Orchestrate daily construction activities, managing diverse teams including forepersons, trade staff, and subcontractors, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. This role demands a strong trades background and experience on a range of projects. I\'m looking for a problem solver and someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. The team is given the freedom to generate their solutions in real time, to pivot when needed, which provides a solid ground for learning and development.

Skills and Experience Required

• 6+ years of experience in a Site Manager position for a contractor in NZ
• Experience of working on the tools e.g. you have a trade background!
• Some form of qualification in construction
• Proven ability to interpret complex plans, specifications, and manage program delivery
• Leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
• Computer proficiency and commitment to health and safety excellence
