We are seeking a Customer Data Analyst to provide actionable insights to inform the design of better customer experiences.

This role works with the Customer Solutions team and the wider organisation to understand business needs, identify detailed data requirements, and generate insights to drive business improvements.

In this role, you'll :

As a seasoned professional, you'll bring experience working in large-scale, performance-driven environments.

You'll also bring :

A curious mind and the ability to turn data into insights and bring opportunities to life

Experience working in a commercial environment delivering insights to help drive better customer outcomes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, self-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership.

Great attention to detail, and the ability to tell compelling stories through data visualisation

Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment

Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, math, computer science, or economics

Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau

Experience with programming and data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power Query, Alteryx and SAS

A drive to master new technologies and data analysis techniques
