Data Analyst

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Data Analyst who’s comfortable diving into spreadsheets, cleaning and transforming data, and turning information into clear, actionable insights. This is a part-time role for around 20 hours per week spread over 5 weekday mornings, with a potential requirement to be in the CBD one morning per week while the rest of the work is remote. It would suit someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident using Excel and Power Query, and who has SQL and Power BI experience – a strong advantage.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the business with accurate data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Typical responsibilities include :

• Using Excel and Power Query to clean, transform, and model large data sets
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and performance reports
• Conducting regular data integrity checks and reconciliations
• Creating and maintaining automated reports to track KPIs and business trends
• Partnering with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights
• Documenting processes and ensuring repeatable, reliable data workflows
