This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key region, grow a high-performing team, and make a real impact in a business that values leadership, technical expertise, and customer relationships.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive regional growth and performance.Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed targets.Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.Stay across market trends and identify new business opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Collaborate with other regional leaders to align local initiatives with national goals.Champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Represent Temperzone at local industry events and forums.QualificationsWhat you'll bring : Proven leadership experience – confident leading by example and motivating others.Strong technical aptitude and IT savvy – comfortable with digital tools and technical environments.Excellent planning and organisational skills – able to manage competing priorities with ease.Clear and confident communicator – both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage.Strong relationship-building skills – focused on long-term customer partnerships.Highly self-motivated – proactive, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering results.Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience (controls or electrical preferred; HVAC experience a plus).

Experience in office and manufacturing environments (5+ years).
