In this full-time position, we're looking for someone who is inspired to lead our mission driven team, work in partnership with parents, and ensure our care and education develops each child's full potential. You'll be strongly aligned with our core values : Safe, Loved and Learning and when we meet you, we will ask you to tell us about your strengths and proven leadership experience in :

• Managing and building strong, trusted relationships
• Nurturing your team and growing their potential by role modelling, mentoring and coaching

This role may appeal to an existing Centre Supervisor or leader who is seeking a new challenge in running an established centre or someone with Leadership experience in a previous role.
