'What will you do?
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Christchurch to lead and develop a high-performing sales team across our South Island region.
This role will be responsible for driving sales activity, implementing data-driven strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to maximise occupancy, revenue growth, and customer engagement.Key responsibilities include : Inspiring, motivating, coaching, and mentoring Sales Advisors to drive contracts of sale, achieve occupancy, maximise value per sale and ensure revenue growth.Identifying market opportunities, adjust strategies based on competitor analysis, and drive action plans to achieve sales targets.Reviewing weekly analysis pertaining to enquiry level, contact with potential residents and local community groups, and following up with Sales Advisors as needed.Ensuring robust CRM management (Salesforce) and effective tracking of sales pipelinesMonitoring advertising effectiveness and working with our Marketing team to refine campaigns.Analysing relevant sales data to help achieve key sales objectives.Forecasting sales results and future growth outcomes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet financial targetsWhat's in it for you?

You have proven sales leadership experience, with a proven record of exceeding targetsYou have a strong commercial mindset and are an analytical and data driven decision maker.You have excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilitiesYou have experience in managing long transactional sales processes and high-value sales.You have experience with using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
