About the job Operation Manager / Area managerBasic Salary : From $4,000depending on experience + OT (If Applicable) + AWS + VBSteakhouse Fine Dining Restaurant11AM - 11PM (8 hour rotating shift)Able to work in rotating shift5 days work weekResponsibilities : Operates and manages the restaurant operationsTo create, update and audit the stalls / restaurants SOP and ensure that the SOP is observed consistently by the teamOversee the planning of duty rosters and ensure prudenceAnalyse and propose sales & promotional strategiesConduct timely reviews on food and operating costs to ensure that they are in line with the budget
