We are looking for a qualified Contract Administrator for our busy horticulture company.
This is a full-time permanent position and will consist of handling the Clients / Growers that we contract with as well as controlling and managing all the contracts that we deal with.To be considered for this position you'll have at least a qualification in Business studies at Diploma level or higher or at least two years of work experience.
You should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to reach goals.
You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames
You will be also expected to perform management tasks such as managing customer relationships and ensuring that there are policies in place to ensure customer satisfaction, negotiating, formulating, drafting, editing and signing work contracts on behalf of the company, ensuring that KPIs are adhered to, assisting in the growth of clients by increasing contracts and coordinating with other Management or Senior staff members to ensure that staff training is conducted appropriately and that our clients / growers are happy with the tasks that we are performing.
You will be solely responsible for our Clients / Growers and our contracts.

This is a full time Permanent position and successful applicant will be required to manage the clients of our business as well as the contracts in our business.
This position will have at least 30 hours of guaranteed work per week.
The minimum payrate will be $30 per hour and the maximum payrate will be $33 per hour.
