Contract Manager – Existing Structures (Maintenance & Major Refurbishment)Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe are seeking an experienced contract manager to lead and manage the delivery of major refurbishment and maintenance contracts for existing structures.

You'll be joining a team with a reputation for delivery of innovative and complex projects within operational road networks.This role involves developing and overseeing programmes of strengthening, refurbishment and maintenance works for clients with portfolios of structural assets.

It includes preparing procurement plans, tender documents, tender evaluation and administering of physical works contracts.Ko wai koe | About youRoleYou'll bring a strong mix of technical expertise, industry experience, and professional credentials to this role.
