Join us.A day in the lifeAs a Demand Planning Specialist at Monster Energy, you're set to supercharge the S&OP cycle, from baseline forecasts to crafting a powerhouse demand plan!
You\'ll be the bridge between bottlers and the company, handling depletions and deliveries like a pro.
Get ready to send electrifying demand signals to our production facilities and swiftly analyze demand variations to propose epic adjustments.The impact you\'ll makeSupport S&OP (sales and operations planning) cycle, driving all monthly demand reviews with bottlers at both depletions and delivery levels.
Including supply constrictions (logistics, production, material availability, etc.) that might affect demand plan.Sales forecasting based on statistical models and customer insights (baseline construction).
Maintain records of all building / destroying blocks, affecting sales in order to correct historical data (example price increase, out of stocks, distribution disruption, etc., volume promotions).
Assist demand leadership demand signals are properly directed to production centers including availability and production feasibility.Review weekly sales advances, identify deviations and trends, timely propose mitigation actions to reduce the impacts on the supply chain after unforeseen deviations.Collaborate with demand leadership as needed the fulfillment of orders for the customer, also guarantee agreed volumes are properly ordered from bottler to company, accordingly to frozen periods.Sales performance indicators analysis including forecast accuracy, sales compliance, OTIF (on-time, in-full), fill rate.
Identify trends, risk operations.Support commercial activities that implies demand and sales forecast (like BP construction, etc.)Who you arePrefer a Bachelor\'s Degree in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field of study.3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics is desired.More than 5 years of experience in Inventory control and customer services is desired.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Proficiency using SAP, Power BI is preferred.Fluent English is preferred.
