About the Role : The Sales Processing is responsible for the receiving of customer orders, handling of customer queries in regard to their orders, dispatch and communications of order status. The role plays a pivotal part in the organization, communicating with customers, sales staff and the executive team on all aspects of orders and shipments. The Sales Processing Coordinator will work closely with the Production team on timing of orders and setting of priorities.

Responsibilities : Orders Processing

• Day-to-day management of incoming orders and outgoing shipments including direct liaison with international customers and logistic organisations
• Order entry, invoicing, and related documentation
• Analysis of orders for correct detail including pricing
