About You
We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Administrator who believes in making a difference and possesses the skills to enable our business strategy.
You will embed Salesforce into our sales team, growing adoption, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Embed Salesforce into the sales team and grow tool adoption.
Build strong relationships with the sales team and key stakeholders.
Research, design, implement, and support all Salesforce activities.
Promote continuous improvement for the sales team.
Embed governance, streamline annual maintenance and support governance processes across global ICT partners and customers.
Qualifications
7+ years of Salesforce administrator experience.
Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise with end-to-end project implementation experience.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Experience maintaining governance processes across global customers.
Business-as-usual (BAU) experience with change control and ongoing release management.
Excellent communication skills, including executive engagement.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to work in a global organization across time zones.
Willingness to travel globally when required.
