Join a small and friendly Inbound Call Centre team as a Customer Support Representative in a challenging and rewarding role with structured hours. Full time permanent role, 8am to 4.30pm Mon to Fri. North Shore Auckland location; Penrose office. Training provided. Friendly team with good phone and computer skills required. Work from home opportunity – seeking appointment setters to assist with booking demonstrations of SmartLab with primary and secondary schools. Responsibilities
- Be the go-to support in our contact centre—manage requests, reports & client changes while growing your skills in a supportive team.
- Provide Support, QA, reporting and client services across multiple clients (varied daily tasks).
- Deliver outstanding customer support and build meaningful connections with clients and customers.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to advance within the company.
Qualifications
Strong telephone and computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience in customer service or call centre environments is desirable.Good communication and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using reports and client data.Willingness to work standard hours (Mon–Fri) in the specified location; remote work opportunities may be available for certain roles.Benefits
