Database Build Lead

OverviewLead the development and building of CMMS databases for new projects, providing early project advice to ensure contractual / specification functionality and business objectives are achieved.Lead in CMMS database remediation projects for existing CMMS databases to ensure alignment to functionality and business objectives are achieved.

Establishment and delivery of CMMS New CMMS Database as per planned schedule & milestones.Ensure CMMS database handover acceptance as per agreed specifications and functionality with client.Coordination of Data information requirement with EPCI group, project managers and client.

Serves as the main point of contact on CMMS database builds and remediation.Meetings with project groups in relation to data acquisition and delivery to the build team.ResponsibilitiesGuides and ensures Data base build team members follow project specification standards.Uploading and vetting quality of final data to be included in the CMMS as per project specification.Provide monthly reports on the status of all databases under construction.Assist if necessary on board installation and handover of newly established CMMS systems for new projects.Implementation of CMMS database remediation projects as per agreed work scope with client.Support & Assist in implementation of Change requests in the CMMSAssist CMMS Team Leader in development and Implementation of maintenance strategies in CMMS for Operational AssetsIdentify and assist in the implementation of improvements and modifications to existing MODEC standard systems at Operational Business Unit Level.To assist in the selection of temporary data entry personnel and audit of contractors for works on CMMS databases.To make reports of potential issues or threats to the security, functionality integrity of the CMMS databases.Condcut Plan Maintenance Module Training for CMMS users in support to CMMS team goals and objective.Liaise with all members of the Operations Support Team Singapore.Liaise with local operations, Pre-Operations team and / or project groups for data population requirements for the CMMS database.Liaises with New projects group and specialist vendors at the request of the Asset Integrity Manager.
