OverviewThe Associate Business Analyst provides analytical support for the development of technology solutions that meet business needs.
The role partners with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document business requirements.
It also assists in assessing the viability and effectiveness of solution options that can address these needs.
Additionally, the Associate Business Analyst facilitates communication between business and technology teams.Role & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with delivery teams, vendors, and operational users to plan and budget for application systems in the commissioning of new hospital services and facilities (wards, beds, clinics, etc.).
Gather and collate business requirements from cluster stakeholders, facilitating solution review board submissions, ITQ / RFP submissions, and approval papers.Work with delivery teams and CMS teams to obtain cost estimates and review the reasonableness of these costs.Advise users on the adoption of technologies, systems, and national initiatives in collaboration with relevant parties (vendors, delivery teams, MOH, etc.).
Oversee the procurement, installation, setup, testing, and full dress rehearsals of application systems for new hospital services and facilities.Facilitate workflow studies and workgroup discussions to provide IT advice and drive the adoption of National IT initiatives.Plan and track activities necessary for IT readiness, deployment, and implementation, ensuring timely project delivery and quality of systems.Monitor key performance indicators for institution / cluster projects, including user satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements.Support users during user acceptance testing (UAT), including logistics planning and UAT documentation.Assist in assessing and analyzing hospital operations to propose feasible IT solutions that enhance operational efficiencyRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years as a project managementStrong problem solving skills, ability to detect patternsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsCertification in relevant IT areas would be an advantage
