Business Analyst - Sap (Cluster Office)

OverviewAs an Institution Business Analyst, your role will be to support the facilities under the cluster in strategic planning, integration, data analytics and developing new innovations in enabling technology to support hospital operations with people management.

This role will be based on-site at Kent Ridge.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport Institution IT projectsSupport the MOH funding request and review forums, including the PPSC and CRASupport the internal funding requests and review forums, from budget submissions, requirements review, workplan prioritisation, procurement, and project approvalsSupport the technical forum presentations for your projects such as Solution Review BoardManage multiple stakeholders across projects and build good rapportCollaborate with Synapxe project delivery teams and infrastructure teams to manage project requirements, implementation timeline and budgetResponsible to monitor and ensure project implementation status, including regular project updates to various stakeholders and forumsProvide support for day-to-day operational issues as required (24 / 7 standby if required)Support administrative tasks or other adhoc tasks assigned by your reporting manager as requiredRequirementsPossess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant disciplineAt least 7-10 years of relevant working experienceHave some experience in SAP billing systems or familiar with tertiary care hospital billing systemExperience with managing Finance / Billing Systems beforeCITPM / PMP certification will be an added advantageExcellent problem solving skills with good written / communication and interpersonal skillsPossess strong organisational and customer service skills and able to lead and work with cross functional teamsExperience in healthcare industry is an added advantageApply NowNOTE : It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR IT!
