About The Role

Provide exceptional administrative and reception support to staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate travel arrangements, manage rosters, and assist with event logistics
Handle document filing, inventory management, and meeting room bookings.
A big focus will be coordinating travel bookings.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and digital tools.

Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to learning new systems.

A personality that brings a fresh, bright and enthusiastic approach.
