Sales Support and Reception

We’re looking for a customer service star to join our small, hardworking team at Totalspan Canterbury . This role is central to keeping our office running smoothly while supporting our sales team and guiding our valued clients through the building process.

What the role involves :

Running our office reception and being the friendly first point of contact for clients.

Providing sales support and general administrative assistance.

Liaising with local Councils regarding building consents.

Guiding clients through the build process – from consent to completion.

Taking on a variety of tasks to keep things moving in a small team environment.

What we’re looking for :

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Someone who takes pride in doing things well and making work enjoyable.
