Course Content Developer - Master of Management (MMgmt). Location : Remote - Anywhere in NZ (Auckland preferred). Part-time | Contract | Remote. This contract engagement is 20 hours a week for 4 months.

Yoobee Colleges is New Zealand’s largest specialist creative and technology college. We offer online delivery and campus locations in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. We aim to share industry knowledge to prepare students to be work-ready, world-ready, and are looking for contractors to support curriculum development for the MMgmt programme.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development : Contribute to the design of courses, learning materials, and teaching resources; develop engaging content reflecting current management, leadership, and digital innovation practices; ensure learning activities are inclusive, flexible, and culturally responsive; collaborate on integrating sustainability and ESG principles across the programme.
- Assessment & Research Project : Design assessments, marking guides, and rubrics; support development of frameworks for industry-based research projects; provide academic input to ensure postgraduate standards are met; align assessments with programme learning outcomes.
- Key Subject Areas : Support curriculum and assessment development in areas such as Fundamentals of Financial Management; The New Zealand Social and Political Environment; Project Management; Organisational Resilience and Risk Management; Global Leadership and Cross-Cultural Management; Sustainable Business Management.
Qualifications & Expertise
Strong background in management, business administration, or related fields.Doctoral qualification in Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree (Level 9) and significant curriculum / assessment development experience also considered.Proven experience in curriculum design and / or assessment development at postgraduate level.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended / online pedagogy.Ability to produce research-informed, industry-relevant materials.Commitment to Te Ao Māori and embedding cultural inclusiveness in learning and assessment.Why Join Us
