About the Role
The purpose of the Enabling & Other Organisational Development Delivery Lead is to support the organisational development needs of national functions with support and implementation leadership for Health NZ Organisational Culture & Development Programmes.
This role is critical link across functions, ensuring that teams, leaders, and workforces are informed about and able to prioritise key programmes based on organisational needs. By offering strategic advice and guidance to leaders, it plays a central role in aligning efforts across Organisational Culture & Development. This requires a strong emphasis on leveraging online learning and engagement tools as part of good organisational development programmes and strategies.
About you
You will have a relevant graduate qualification or equivalent experience, along with 8+ years of designing, developing, and delivering evidence-based organisational development across large, multi-site, environments including commercial functions.
You'll have a strong record of collaborating with stakeholders and OC&D delivery partners, including HR Business Partners and wider teams with good commercial acumen. You'll also bring the ability to select, adapt, and apply a range of learning and organisational development frameworks, tools, and methods, drawing on diverse expertise to address organisational challenges effectively.
