About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator ( Fixed Term to Dec 2026) t o provide essential support to project managers and teams, ensuring projects are planned, tracked, and delivered efficiently. Reporting to the Head of Programme Management and based in central Auckland , this role will suit someone who is organised , adaptable, and eager to contribute across multiple areas of the business.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include :

• Assisting Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
• Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, risk logs, and registers.
• Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status updates for stakeholders.
• Supporting communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Tracking budgets, resources, and timelines, escalating issues as needed.
• Ensuring project governance processes and standards are followed.
• Providing administrative and logistical support to the project team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and / or significant experience in project coordination or support.
