Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced
Project Coordinator
to join their IT Delivery team.
This role will suit someone with a strong
Financial
background and proven ability to support complex multiple project environments.
Contract - 6 months
Location - Auckland CBD
Start - ASAP
Responsibilities
Supporting Project Managers, Programme Managers and the wider Project Coordinator community across multiple IT projects.
Managing financials including budgeting, forecasting, OPEX and CAPEX
Preparing reports and tracking project performance to support informed decision-making.
Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Assisting with project governance, documentation, and delivery activities.
Qualifications
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Solid systems knowledge : SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Advantageous : experience with Planview or other portfolio management tools.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects.
Great team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
