Their office is located in Newmarket with free car parking available.Some More Information About The RoleThis pivotal leadership role sits at the heart of finance and strategy—partnering closely with the business unit CEO and executive team to deliver impactful commercial insights.
You\'ll enjoy the challenge of shaping the businesses' future profitability while leading and mentoring a small team.This role partners with key stakeholders to ensure that they manage their financials but also help them understand other KPIs and wider drivers to help them make informed decisions, improve productivity, profitability, and the quality of service they provide to their customers.
This is a mixed role so expect to get involved in day to day finance too as you manage the business unit P&L.This role will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract and ideally the successful candidate will be ready to start in mid to late October.So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?
You\'ll be a qualified accountant (CA / CPA), ideally with a Big 4 background, who is a natural communicator and whose passion lies in the commercial side of accounting.
You will also be happy and comfortable to get involved in day to day accounting as this role requires someone who is hands on and across the detail.
You\'ll enjoy building relationships, understanding commercial drivers and influencing stakeholders.
