About the Opportunity

This is more than a finance role - it’s a true commercial leadership role. As our most senior commercial manager, you’ll partner directly with our key consumer and foodservice sales leaders to drive performance, challenge thinking and guide strategic decision making. As part of a business that’s ever evolving and ambitious, you’ll lead planning and commercial strategy across major customer portfolios, ensure we stay sharp, agile, and forward looking in a fast-paced market. You will :

  • Own the commercial rhythm for two of our most critical sales channels - from annual planning and pricing to performance tracking and strategic projects
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and investment decisions with a clear line of sight to growth and margin
  • Oversee credit management, reconciliation, and month-end forecasting to maintain robust financial controls
  • Extract insights from performance data to inform decisions and drive accountability across the business
  • Influence cross-functional teams and coach others in commercial acumen as we continue to drive a highly collaborative and insights led culture

About You

You’re more than a business partner - you’re a commercial leader. You thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments and are known for your ability to translate complexity into clarity and action. You’re comfortable in the numbers but equally confident in a room full of senior stakeholders. You will have :

  • Proven experience in finance or commercial business partnering, ideally within FMCG, and a Bachelor’s degree with a commercial focus
  • Strong analytical capability - the ability to turn reporting and P&L insights into action
  • A focused and resilient attitude and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • The ability to build strong relationships across sales and commercial teams
  • The drive to contribute meaningfully to high-impact projects and to continuously develop your commercial and broader cross functional partnering skills
