About the Role
As a Nurse Coordinator CCDM and TrendCare, you will support the Care Capacity Demand Management programme.
This involves implementation and ongoing maintenance of the TrendCare patient acuity system across Health NZ Te Whatu Ora in Te Tai Tokerau.
A primary focus of the role is to provide ongoing development, coordination and facilitation of Nursing / Midwifery informatics and provide leadership in nursing / midwifery informatics policy and practice based on best available evidence.

New Zealand Registered Nurse / Midwife with a current annual practicing certificate with at least 3 years post registration experienceRelevant Post Graduate DiplomaCertificate in Adult / Clinical TeachingDesignated Senior Nurse PDRP or Expert PDRP (demonstrating clinical examples)Current New Zealand Drivers LicenceDemonstrated teaching and coaching skillsAbility to work independently in a team, enhancing the capability and contribution of the teamDemonstrated ability to articulate empirically based nursing / midwifery advice to the wider health care teamWorking at Health New Zealand
