Location : Kenepuru Community Hospital, Wellington Hospital, Kapiti Health Centre

Contract : Permanent, full-time

About the Role :

This role supports your administration team, and no two days are the same. It is a busy role but very rewarding, building up relationships within the administration team and with external stakeholders. You will work closely with your team leader to support them in their daily activities, such as doing reports and going to stakeholder meetings.

About the Team / Service Location

Our Teams in Outpatients and Community Health are spread around Wellington Hospital, Kenepuru Community Hospital and Kapiti Health Centre in different departments. Your role is to support your teams and clinical staff. Everyone in the team is treated with respect and kindness.

About you

Maintains open, effective and appropriate communication with own team, other teams, clinical staff and patients

Is able to relate to many different personalities

Has the ability to deal with conflict and change

Is seen as a direct, truthful individual with empathy

Can negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups
