About the role :
As the Maritime Operations Delivery Manager, you’ll report to the Group Manager – Maritime Operations and play a pivotal role in shaping how our fleet operates – not through technical oversight, but by supporting a culture of professionalism, accountability and pride across our maritime crew.
You will be a passionate maritime professional who is excited by the opportunity of upholding SeaLink as an exemplar of industry best practice in New Zealand
Regularly working on vessels as an operational crew member, you’ll foster collaboration, encourage open dialogue, and role-model behaviours that ensure safety, reliability, and customer trust remain at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll be a visible and hands-on leader, with the ability to build strong relationships with our crew, colleagues and external stakeholders.
