We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Sous Chef who knows their way around a high-volume kitchen and thrives in a collaborative team. You’ll support the Head Chef with day-to-day operations, help lead the team through busy shifts, assist with training, menu development, and prep, and keep the kitchen ticking like clockwork. Banter’s encouraged, standards are high, and no two days are the same – if you’re keen to grow, this is a solid step forward.
