With a history of supporting people across Aotearoa New Zealand on their fertility journey, they offer the latest treatment options, combining innovation with exceptional patient care.

They are looking for a Nurse Team Lead, to share their values of care, responsiveness, and excellence to oversee the team and guide patients through all stages of fertility care.

This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week), with participation in a shared weekend and public holiday roster.

Benefits 5 weeks annual leave Free on-site car parking A day off for your birthday A slowdown period over Christmas Annual discretionary performance-based bonus Supportive and collaborative team culture What you have to do Lead and support a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality fertility nursing care Manage rosters, staffing, and daily operations Foster a positive, high-performing team culture where care and excellence thrive Act as a key liaison for patients, ensuring their journey is well-supported and informed Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery Support continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives Skills and Experience NZ Nursing Council registration and a current APC Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience Previous experience in an acute or hospital setting in New Zealand Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A collaborative approach and strong organisational skills A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and an inclusive workplace Fertility experience is an advantage but not essential If you lead with compassion and pride yourself on delivering exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
