Required Experience & QualificationsAnalytical Thinking & Problem SolvingAbility to break down complex business problems and identify root causes.Skilled in synthesizing data and insights to support strategic decision making.Stakeholder EngagementStrong interpersonal skills to work with clients, senior leaders, and cross functional teams.Experience in facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements.Business Process AnalysisProficient in mapping, analysing, and redesigning business processes.Familiarity with tools like BPMN, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar.Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.Experience with use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Competence in using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze and visualize data.Ability to interpret trends and provide actionable insights.Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a focus on delivering client outcomes.Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for executive audiences.Experience supporting project delivery through planning, tracking, and reporting.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.Understanding of digital transformation, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), and emerging technologies.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions (in collaboration with technical teams).2–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.Exposure to multiple industries (e.g., financial services, public sector, healthcare, utilities) is a plus.Experience working on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, or technology implementations.Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA are advantageous).
