Responsibilities
Provide support to the Store Manager, assisting with the day-to-day functioning of the store
Assist with workplace scheduling so the store has sufficient staff cover
Ensure our customers get the best experience possible by providing seamless customer service
Additional Responsibilities
Coach and develop the team on all areas of customer service to ensure store and individual sales targets are achieved
Talk tech in a non-techie way to help customers pick the right products
Identify and sing out any areas for improvement or development for the store or processes; we would love your input.
Application Requirements
Your previous leadership and coaching skills
The ability to encourage and influence others within the team
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to delegate tasks where necessary
An empathetic and consultative personality
Your top-notch customer service skills
Experience in a similar environment exceeding sales targets so you can share your knowledge with the team
Design consciousness with merchandising and display
An enthusiastic, confident and positive attitude
